Location3 Welcomes New Chief Operating Officer

We are incredibly excited to announce the addition of Stacy Eley as new Chief Operating Officer (COO), a seasoned executive and respected leader in the franchising industry. With a proven track record of driving operational excellence and supporting franchise brand growth, her addition to the executive leadership team marks a significant milestone in Location3’s ongoing commitment to delivering strategic value for franchisors and franchisees alike.

Ms. Eley brings 20 years of franchise experience, notably having scaled a concept from two family-owned stores into a national brand with over 350 locations. Most recently serving as President of a high-growth franchise organization, she led successful private equity-backed expansion efforts, systemized operations, and spearheaded innovation across technology, training, and support. In her role, Ms. Eley will oversee all departments and lead Location3 into its next phase of growth – driving operation excellence, elevating client delivery, and ensuring the company is positioned to scale with purpose and speed.  She will work closely with the team behind LOCALACT, Location3’s proprietary location marketing platform built specifically for franchise systems, to strengthen cross-functional alignment and innovation. Her leadership will focus on optimizing performance, deepening relationships, and delivering measurable impact for both franchisors and their franchisees.
