2019 Franchise Growth Summit – Event Recap
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=”https://youtu.be/BUrXwnSho58″ align=”center”][vc_column_text]Earlier this October, we had the honor once again of co-hosting the annual Franchise & Multi-Location Growth Summit with our partners at Google at their Customer Experience Center in Redwood City, CA. Bringing together a diverse group of attendees from a wide variety of verticals within (and beyond) franchising, such as retail, healthcare, restaurants, real estate, automotive and more, the 2-day Summit was an opportunity to gain valuable digital marketing insights from numerous stakeholder perspectives.
Day 1 featured an opening keynote presentation from Google that focused on the importance of leveraging quality data to understand the consumer journey, with additional insight into how brand marketers can apply that data to better reach their target audiences across that same journey. With additional presentations on full-funnel marketing strategies for 2020, data measurement and marketing attribution, the first day of the Summit provided myriad, actionable takeaways for everyone in the audience. Rounded out by a fantastic closing keynote from Catherine Monson (CEO of FASTSIGNS International & incoming Chair of the International Franchise Association), the first day of content at the Summit was both innovative and inspiring.
After a fun evening of dinner, cocktails and peer-to-peer networking, Day 2 kicked off with a Brand Marketer panel session led by Location3 CEO, Alex Porter, featuring multiple panelists that offered unique insights into the day-to-day challenges multi-unit brands face in their efforts to achieve positive business growth. The panel then segued into interactive round table sessions where attendees were able to share personal experiences and learn how others in their group had overcome common challenges in marketing on both national and local levels.
We’d like to thank our partners at Google for continuing to support this amazing event, as well as those who were able to attend. If you missed the 2019 Summit but would like to attend the next event, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be sure to follow up.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
